HELDERBERG BOURBON

These are beverages, distilleries, breweries, and more that have appeared in our podcast episodes. Enjoy!

New Scotland Distillery Bourbon

We really enjoyed the NYS local bourbon. It was surprisingly sophisticated, and very enjoyable to drink on our podcast. Finding them on accident, both Tom and Ian gave this bourbon high marks during their tasting.

Helderberg Bourbon is the embodiment of New Scotland Spirits’ dedication to their craft and their respect for the land from which they draw their inspiration. The name itself pays homage to the Helderberg Mountains.

Using a lot of local ingredients from what we can see, they have made a bourbon that two scotch drinkers really enjoyed :). We look forward to trying some of their other creations on a future episode hopefully!.

Helderberg Bourbon is meticulously crafted from a blend of locally sourced grains, including corn, rye, and malted barley. These grains are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and flavor profile. Each batch of Helderberg Bourbon is aged in charred American oak barrels, allowing the spirit to mature gracefully and develop its distinctive character.
